At Milton Hershey School, we believe that every child deserves a chance to succeed. That's why we're looking for married couples to join our team as Flex Houseparents. As a key part of our community, they will provide a supportive and stable environment for our students.
As Flex Houseparents, the successful couple will be responsible for guiding and nurturing students in pre-K through 12th grade from disadvantaged backgrounds. They will live on-campus in student homes, ensuring a consistent structure for approximately 8-12 students.

A competitive salary of $43,825 per person (totaling approx. $150,000 per couple) includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
Candidates must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
