The successful candidates will live on-campus and provide guidance and support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. This unique role involves creating a family-like structure for students, facilitating daily devotions, and taking students to Sunday chapel services.
Key Responsibilities
Couples should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and possess a valid driver's license. They must also be certified to drive student home vans and abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy. Couples must demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as they will be role models for the students.Both spouses must complete an individual employment application, and couples must be willing to relocate to Hershey, PA.
