What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guidance and Nurturing Role position at Milton Hershey School?
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
You should both be age 27 or older, have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Additionally, you must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
