Job Description:
As Residential Life Directors, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing groups of students, providing a family-like atmosphere in on-campus homes. This involves driving, administering medication, budgeting, and offering emotional support to disadvantaged youth.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily care and supervision to students
- Manage household duties and maintain a safe living environment
- Develop and implement educational activities and programs
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure student success
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive student home vans
- Candidates must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
