Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become part of our Flex Houseparents team. As a Flex Houseparent, you will provide a nurturing family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
The role involves guiding 8-12 students, managing daily responsibilities, and participating in activities while ensuring a supportive atmosphere. You will be responsible for driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and other duties.
To succeed in this role, you should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and you must be legally married for at least two years.
You will receive a salary of $43,825 per person, totaling a compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple, which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.

Our ideal candidate is comfortable leading students in daily devotions, taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services, and demonstrating integrity as role models for the students.
