As a houseparent, you will play a key role in shaping the lives of our students, helping them develop important life skills and values.
Your Responsibilities
You and your partner will work together to create a safe and supportive environment that encourages learning and growth. You will be responsible for managing daily routines, including homework assistance, mealtime, and bedtime. You will also participate in regular family-style dinners and activities designed to promote teamwork and bonding.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience working with youth, preferably in an under-served setting. You and your partner must have a strong commitment to our mission and values, and you must be willing to work together as a team to provide a positive and supportive environment for our students.
