We are seeking married couples to join our team as Family Support Coordinators. In this role, you will provide a family-like structure for students, guiding and nurturing them through daily activities, managing household responsibilities, and maintaining a supportive home environment. Your dedication and commitment will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our students.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years, aged 27 or older, and comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. You should also possess a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
