What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Guidance Counselor Position position at Milton Hershey School?
We are looking for married couples to become flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a flex houseparent, you will reside in an on-campus student home with your spouse and take care of a group of approximately 8-12 students.
As a flex houseparent, you will provide a consistent family-like structure for the students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc. You will also be required to cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
