As a flex houseparent at Milton Hershey School, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our students. You will live on-campus and provide guidance and support to a group of 8-12 students in a family-like environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily guidance and support to students
- Manage student home responsibilities, including driving and administering medication
- Participate in daily devotions and take students to Sunday chapel services
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Couples who have been married for at least two years
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
