Milton Hershey School seeks to hire a married couple to join our residential team as Family Guidance Counselors. In this unique role, you will provide a nurturing family-like environment for students in a residential setting. You will guide and support approximately 8-12 students, handling various responsibilities including transportation and medication management.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a consistent family-like structure for students
- Guide and support students in their academic and personal growth
- Handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting
Qualifications:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couples must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
