Milton Hershey School seeks married couples to serve as Houseparents, Full-Time
As a Houseparent couple, you will live on campus and provide guidance and support to groups of 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Your role is to create a family-like environment, manage various responsibilities, and foster student growth.
Responsibilities
- Live with students in a residential setting
- Provide daily guidance and support to students
- Manage household responsibilities, including driving, budgeting, and reporting
- Develop and implement activities that promote student growth and development
Qualifications
- Experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couples must be married for at least two years and have valid driver's licenses
- Both spouses should be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
