Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents. This role involves living on campus and providing guidance to a group of students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Responsibilities
- Driving students to various activities and appointments
- Administering medication to students as needed
- Maintaining a family-like atmosphere in the student home
Candidates must have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have a high school diploma or GED. They must also be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Sunday chapel services.
