We are seeking a married couple to join our team as House Parents. As part of our residential program, you will provide guidance, support, and a nurturing environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Your role is essential in helping these young individuals grow into capable and confident adults.
About the Role:
- Provide daily care and supervision to 8-12 students in a family-like setting
- Support students' academic, emotional, and social development
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages students to thrive
Requirements:
- Experience working with youth, preferably in under-served settings
- Able to demonstrate strong integrity and lead by example
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
