Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join our team as Family Guidance Professionals. As a Family Guidance Professional, you will provide a family-like environment for 8-12 students in a residential setting, ensuring their well-being and guiding them through daily activities.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing transportation and managing budgets
- Administering medication and participating in students' lives
- Leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple) which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.

Our unique schedule includes nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school. We also offer three-week paid summer vacation.
