As a Family Guidance Specialist, you will play a vital role in creating a family-like environment for our students, who reside in on-campus homes. You will work closely with your spouse to manage responsibilities, such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You will receive a salary of $43,825 per person, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and a schedule that includes nine days on followed by three days off. We also offer a three-week paid summer vacation and a generous package of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
As a flex houseparent, you will be part of a unique career path that requires consideration and commitment from both spouses. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for our students. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
