Student Guidance Team Members
We are looking for dedicated couples to join our student guidance team at the Milton Hershey School. As a Family Guidance Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Your responsibilities will include managing a student home, driving, and ensuring the well-being of students while adhering to strict ethical guidelines. You will work closely with your partner to create a safe and supportive environment that promotes growth and development in our students.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a student home and creating a comfortable living environment
- Providing guidance and support to students in their daily lives
- Driving and transporting students as needed
- Ensuring the well-being and safety of students
Requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students
