What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Guidance Specialists position at Milton Hershey School?

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. This is a two-person job requiring both spouses to complete an individual employment application.
Both spouses must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students. Valid driver's licenses and the ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
