What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Guidance Specialists position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking Youth Guidance Specialists to join our team at Milton Hershey School. As a couple, you will reside in an on-campus student home, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your primary responsibility will be to provide a consistent family-like structure for students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
You will work closely with colleagues to create a supportive environment that promotes student growth and well-being. As a Youth Guidance Specialist, you will be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
