Requirements:
To be successful in this role, couples must possess experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They should have been legally married for at least two years, with both spouses being age 27 or older. Additionally, they should be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. High school diploma or GED is required, and candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
