About the Position:
We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a flex houseparent, you will reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more. When initially hired, flex houseparents cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
Your Responsibilities:
You will oversee a small group of students, manage daily responsibilities, and create a family-like atmosphere. As a caregiver, you will handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more. You will also be responsible for leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Additionally, you must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
Benefits:
The total compensation package for this position includes a salary of $43,825 per person, equating to approximately $150,000 per couple.
