We're seeking married couples to become House Parents, living on-campus and overseeing a group of 8-12 students. This unique role requires couples to handle daily responsibilities such as driving and administering medication, while providing a nurturing and structured environment for students.
As a House Parent, you will work closely with your spouse to provide a consistent family-like structure, ensuring the students feel supported and cared for. You will also be responsible for leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
We're looking for couples with experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be at least 27 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
