What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Support Facilitators position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is a leading private school providing an exceptional education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. We are seeking married couples to become Flex Houseparents, who will provide a nurturing environment for our students in a family-like setting.
As a Flex Houseparent, you and your spouse will reside on-campus in a student home, guiding and supporting a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include managing household responsibilities, ensuring the well-being of the students, and providing a consistent family-like structure.
