As a Residential Caregiver at Milton Hershey School, you will play a critical role in providing a nurturing and supportive home environment for 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include acting as role models, handling daily responsibilities such as transportation, medication administration, and budgeting while ensuring a family-like structure.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. They must also demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions.
Salary and Benefits- A salary of approximately $150,000 per couple
