Flex houseparents are responsible for creating a consistent family-like structure for students, providing guidance and support in various aspects of their lives. This role requires a high degree of integrity, as houseparents serve as role models for students. They must be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
