Milton Hershey School provides a unique opportunity for married couples to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students. As a House Parent, you will play a vital role in the residential life program, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
We are seeking couples who are passionate about youth development and have experience working or volunteering with young people. As a House Parent, you will be responsible for managing daily responsibilities, participating in the development of students, and providing a consistent family-like structure.
Our comprehensive benefits package includes salary of $43,825 per person, total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple, which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. You will also enjoy three-week paid summer vacation, relocation assistance, and a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school.
