Key Responsibilities
- Provide care and support to students in a family-like environment
- Support students' educational and personal development
- Collaborate with other Houseparents and school staff to ensure student well-being
- Develop and maintain a safe and healthy living space
Requirements
- Married couple with at least two years of marriage
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
