We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes and guiding a group of approximately 8-12 students.
Candidates should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Responsibilities
- Providing guidance, support, and a stable family-like environment for students
- Managing daily responsibilities including driving and administering medication
- Lifting up to 50 lbs. and maintaining a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Legally married for at least two years
- Age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
