The Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become Flex Houseparents, providing a nurturing environment for students in a residential setting. This role requires guiding and nurturing a small group of students, handling daily responsibilities, and managing student homes.
As a Flex Houseparent, you will work together with your spouse to create a consistent and supportive environment for students. You will be responsible for driving, administering medication, and participating in daily devotions. Ideal candidates should have experience working with youth, particularly from under-served backgrounds, and be prepared for a unique lifestyle dedicated to student development and support.
