Care for Students as a Couple
At Milton Hershey School, we seek married couples who can provide guidance and support to our students. As family coordinators, you will live on-campus with your spouse and help create a nurturing environment for approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include managing daily tasks such as transportation, medication administration, and budgeting.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid training and relocation assistance. Our flexible schedule allows for nine days of work followed by three days off, providing ample time for personal activities and relaxation.
Our ideal candidates have experience working with youth, preferably in under-served settings. Both spouses should be at least 27 years old, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. We require a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, as well as a commitment to integrity. Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
