The ideal candidate should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years, 27 years or older, and comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, resulting in a total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple. This includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and a three-week paid summer vacation.
