About the Flex Houseparent Role
You and your spouse will reside on campus in a student home and provide care and support to approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing daily guidance and support to students
- Managing household duties and overseeing daily chores
- Ledng daily devotions and taking students to Sunday chapel services
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, relocation assistance, and paid training.
Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, you and your spouse must meet the following qualifications:
- Be legally married for at least two years
- Be age 27 or older
- Have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Have a valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
