About the Role
As a Houseparent, you will play a critical role in providing a family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
You will live on-campus and work alongside other Houseparents to create a supportive and inclusive community for our students.
Responsibilities will include guiding students in daily life, managing household responsibilities, and supporting their academic and personal growth.

Requirements
- Married couple with experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
