Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join our team as Residential Youth Caregivers. As part of our residential program, you will live on campus and provide a family-like environment for our students, helping them achieve their academic, social, and emotional goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily life, including meal preparation, household chores, and transportation
• Providing support and guidance to students, helping them develop important life skills
• Participating in regular team meetings and contributing to the development of student care plans
