As a houseparent at Milton Hershey School, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical, emotional, and educational needs of your assigned group of students are met. This includes preparing meals, maintaining a clean and safe living environment, and promoting healthy habits.
You will also be expected to provide guidance and support to your students, helping them develop important life skills and values. This may involve participating in daily devotions, leading Bible studies, and taking students to Sunday chapel services.
