What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family-Like Environment Needed position at Milton Hershey School?
As a flex houseparent, you will provide a consistent family-like structure for students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. You will cover different student homes initially before being assigned to one specific home.
To be successful, you should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
You must abide by our smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy. Only fish and one dog of approved breeds are permitted. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are required.
