About the Role
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, providing a nurturing family-like environment for 8-12 students while living on campus. As a flex houseparent couple, you will be responsible for guiding students, handling daily logistics, and ensuring their safety and well-being.
The ideal candidates should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide a consistent family-like structure for students
- Handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
- Reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students
- Cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home
