Serving as a Family Unit for Our Students
Milton Hershey School is seeking compassionate couples to serve as Youth Development Specialists. As a family unit, you will provide a safe and supportive environment for our students, helping them navigate the challenges of growing up.
Working together, you and your spouse will guide and support a group of 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds. You will create a family-like structure that fosters growth, learning, and development, while also managing household responsibilities.
