As flex houseparents, you will create a family-like environment where students feel supported, nurtured, and encouraged to grow. You will work closely with your spouse to ensure that students receive the care and guidance they need to thrive.
Qualifications and Requirements
We are seeking couples with experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should have been legally married for at least two years and be aged 27 or older. No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. Couples must abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus and follow certain pet restrictions. Valid driver's licenses and certification to drive student home vans are required. A high school diploma or GED is also necessary. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
