We are looking for a married couple to become part of our residential youth care team at Milton Hershey School. As Flex Houseparents, you will reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students.
Your responsibilities will include providing a consistent family-like structure for students, handling driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and other duties.

Job Description
As a Flex Houseparent, you will be responsible for creating a supportive environment for students, promoting their physical, emotional, and educational well-being.
Your daily tasks may include:
- Assisting students with medication administration
- Managing budgets and expenses
- Providing safe transportation for students
- Engaging in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited)
