About the Role:
This is a unique career path that requires consideration and commitment from both spouses. Couples will live in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. They will be responsible for providing a consistent family-like structure, handling daily responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and other stakeholders. They will also be required to undergo comprehensive training and support.
Key Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
