Qualifications and Responsibilities
To be successful in this role, you and your partner should have:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- A high school diploma or GED
- A commitment to living on campus and working as a team
You will also be responsible for guiding students in daily devotions, taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services, and handling other responsibilities associated with being a flex houseparent.
