About the Job
As a Houseparent, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and inclusive living environment that promotes academic success, emotional well-being, and social development. This includes planning and preparing meals, maintaining a clean and organized living space, and engaging in activities that foster relationships and build trust with your students.
You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our academic staff to develop and implement strategies that meet the unique needs of each student. Our goal is to empower every student to succeed in all areas of life, and we believe that our Houseparents play a critical role in achieving this vision.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple), plus comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. You will also enjoy a flexible schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with three weeks of paid summer vacation. Our campus is smoke-free and weapon-free, and we encourage healthy lifestyles through regular physical activity and balanced nutrition.
