At Milton Hershey School, we are seeking a unique and dedicated couple to join our community as Family Living Coordinators. As a family living coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing a supportive and nurturing environment for 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Our ideal candidates have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They should be married couples who have been legally married for at least two years, with both spouses being age 27 or older. We also require a high school diploma or GED for both spouses, as well as valid driver's licenses and the ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
In this role, you will guide and nurture daily tasks in student homes, ensuring a supportive atmosphere. You will also handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc. When initially hired, you will cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
We offer a competitive compensation package of $150,000 per couple, including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. As a family living coordinator, you will work nine days on followed by three days off, with a schedule that includes personal time while students are at school.
