Lead a Team of Student Leaders
Qualifications
As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of student leaders who are passionate about making a positive impact in their community. You will work closely with your spouse and other members of the residential staff to develop and implement programs that promote leadership, teamwork, and community service.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Be legally married for at least two years
- Be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
