Milton Hershey School is seeking a dedicated married couple to serve as flex houseparents. This unique role involves providing guidance and support to a group of students in a family-like environment.
Responsibilities:
As flex houseparents, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing atmosphere, driving students, administering medication, and ensuring the overall well-being of the students in your care. You will also be expected to lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Benefits:
The compensation package includes a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance. You will also receive paid training and a schedule that allows for nine days on followed by three days off, with three-week paid summer vacation.
Qualifications:
To be eligible for this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
