Job Description
As Family Mentor Coordinators at Milton Hershey School, you and your spouse will reside in on-campus student homes and provide a consistent family-like structure for students. Responsibilities include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and guiding students in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- At least two years of marriage and both spouses aged 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
