Job Description
Couples will reside in on-campus student homes and provide a nurturing family-like environment for approximately 8-12 students. They will guide and mentor students, manage household responsibilities, and ensure their well-being. This role requires a unique schedule with nine days on followed by three days off, allowing for a balance between work and personal time.
Benefits

Additionally, relocation assistance and paid training are provided.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, couples must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. Couples must also abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, limit pets to fish and one dog of approved breeds, and have a valid driver's license.
