Role Overview
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become part of our family-like structure, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. As Family Mentors, you will provide a consistent and supportive environment, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide daily care and guidance to students
- Manage student home duties and responsibilities
- Ensure students' physical and emotional well-being
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
