At Milton Hershey School, we are seeking married couples to join our team as Family Mentorship Coordinators. In this unique role, you will provide a family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As a key member of our community, you will live on campus with your spouse and work together to mentor and guide students, manage daily household responsibilities, and ensure a supportive living situation.

As a Family Mentorship Coordinator, you will reside in an on-campus student home and care for a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more. Initially, you will cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.

We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple, including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more).
