What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Mentorship Role in Youth Education position at Milton Hershey School?
About the Position
We are seeking experienced individuals who have worked or volunteered with youth, preferably from under-served settings. This position requires a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses should be age 27 or older.
The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. You must demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all staff are role models for students.
We are looking for couples who are comfortable with a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, with no alcohol permitted while on duty. We also require valid driver's licenses and the ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
